Do you have a minimum order?
Yes. Our minimum order is $200. If you can't meet this minimum, a $25 Small Order Charge is added to your order. Example: If your order is $56, it is below our minimum and therefore a $25 charge is added for a total order amount of $81.

Top What is your procedure for retuning goods?
All returns or exchanges must receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) from Popper. Custom-made products are non-cancellable and non-returnable except for quality issues that must be verified by our quality department. Our legal document outlining Popper's Terms & Condition can be found in the downloads section/price lists.

What is your return policy?
Our return policy is in effect for items purchased within 30 Days. Items returned without authorization will be returned back to the customer. Discontinued and custom-made items are not returnable except for quality related issues which must be verified by Popper's Quality Assurance Dept. Upon verification, items will be repaired or replaced. Our legal document outlining Popper's Terms & Condition can be found in the downloads section/price lists.

Are there exceptions to your return policy?
No. All items purchased from Popper must be inspected upon receipt. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

Do you have a restocking fee??
Returned goods for credit or replacement are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Higher fees may be assessed if products are not in sellable condition or have been used. Used products may only be returned in sterile condition.

How do I handle damaged products received from Popper?
All items received from Popper should be inspected immediately upon receipt. If the product was received damaged, a claim should be filed with the delivering carrier and all packing materials should be saved. Claims are the responsibility of the customer! Popper should also be notified that a claim was made. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Can I return used products?
Yes. Used products can only be returned for quality related issues. In accordance with FDA regulations, used products must be sterilized prior to returning them to Popper. The returned items should be properly packaged and accompanied by a sterility validation certificate.

Are there quantity variations for custom-made products?
OEM customers ordering large volumes should expect a quantity variation of up to +/10% of the quantity ordered.

What are Popper's hours of operations?
Are phone lines are open from 08:45am to 05:00pm Eastern Time. Customer service operations are from 09:00am to 05:00pm.

Do you ship outside the USA?
Yes. We ship worldwide.

Can orders be placed on line?
Yes. Orders are accepted via email and are subject to email verification.

Do you require order confirmation?
Order confirmation is required for telephone orders of custom-made items or large volume purchases. Vertification can be done via fax or email.

Do you acknowledge orders?
Yes. You should receive an order acknowledgement by email or fax by the end of business day.

Will I know when my order shipped?
No. Most orders are shipped same-day. If you require a shipping acknowldgement please let us know at the time of your order. Automatic order acknowledgment will be implemented in 2006.

What shipping carriers are used by Cadence Science?
Cadence Science uses UPS as its primary carrier. We also ship via FedEx, DHL, Airborne and Express Mail. Popper uses only carriers that provide traceable 'proof of delivery'.

Can I have an order dropped shipped to another location?
Yes. Drop shipments are subject to a $25 additional fee.

Do you accept major credit cards?
Yes. Cadence Science accepts all major credit cards: Amex/Visa/MC/Discover

Can I pay by check?
Yes. Products will be shipped after funds have been cleared.

I was notified to pay in advance, why?
Customers who do not meet our credit terms policy, or do not have verifiable credit history are required to pay in advance. If you need further clarification, please discuss this issue with our customer service supervisor.

What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are Net 30 Days.

What is required to establish credit terms?
Ask your customer service representative for our credit application. In general, bank and 3 trade references are required. Please ensure that you provide contact names, phone, fax and email addresses for all of your references to expedite processing. Establishing credit terms takes approximately 3 business days when all of the above has been furnished.

Do you sell direct or through distributors?
Popper has worldwide distributors for the medical and laboratory markets. Users can purchase directly from Cadence Science if a distributor is not available, is not stocking our products or has not been responsive.

Where are Popper products manufactured?
Most of our products are manufactured by Popper in Lincoln, RI. Syringes are imported from Japan and Italy. Vomed Luers are imported from Germany.

I am a diabetic, can I buy needles and syringes from you?
No. FDA regulations prohibit us from selling to individuals. You should consult with your doctor or pharmacist who can place the order for you.

I am incorporating a Popper product into my design. Can I get an engineering drawing of the part?
Complete engineering drawings are proprietary to Popper. However, we will be happy to furnish you with a drawing showing overall dimensions.

What is your sample policy?
Cadence Science is happy to provide samples of stocked products with a limit of $15. UPS ground shipping is included. If expedited shipping is required, we ask for your shipping account number or you can pay for expedited shipping with a major credit card. Requests for samples of custom items are subject to review by engineering.

Can products be mixed to receive the best available price?
Only assortable products, as listed in our price list, can be combined to achieve maximum discount. Mixing and matching between products groups (Needles, Syringes, Luers) do not qualify for better pricing.

Can I become a Cadence Science distributor?
Cadence Science is very selective in appointing new distributors. Should you wish to become a Cadence Science distributor you will have to complete an application including financial and business information. A minimum opening order of $250 is also required.

What is the cut-off for same-day shipping?
All orders received and approved by 3pm Eastern Time will be shipped same-day.

Prices are in effect from January 1 to December 31st of each year. Please note that we reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Yes. We accept email orders from established customers. New customers must be approved by our credit department. Credit orders from new customers are acceptable and are subject to email verification.

No. If our standard packaging is one dozen, you must return the whole package (subject to restocking fee) and order the correct item.
